	Damian Arber Construction Management Assistant Joining the company in the early 2000’s, Damian first worked alongside his brother Marcus to learn the art of sales and design processes of Heisig Constructions. Gaining experience in these areas, Damian assisted numerous clients in the decision to build their dream homes. With dedication to service and a wealth of construction knowledge in the building process, it seemed a natural progression for Damian to utilise his talents in the construction sector of the building experience.
	Steve, Mark and Damian now form the construction management division. Damian’s role encompasses ordering of materials, co-ordination and scheduled site update meetings.
	Known by family and friends for his multi skilled talents in both construction and electrics, Damian’s passion for development has seen him tackle numerous personal projects with a great deal of success. He takes pride in hard work and his attention to detail also extends to his love for cars.
