Sales & Design

Specialising in one off building design and construction, our clients benefit from 3D computer imaging of their homes, presented on a Plasma screen TV in the comfort of our Sales Lounge. Our clients are shown the valued principles we have integrated to deliver the best result – a smart design, delivered on time, individually customised to their expectations and budget requirements.

Cabinetry Design and Home Decoration

Our clients experience a wealth of knowledge and the best advice available through the Heisig Constructions interior design division. A fully rendered design concept of our client's colour selections is provided to ensure all important decisions are made with confidence.

Administration

Our administration team has been recognized by our peers and rewarded with Industry Customer Service Awards. An open communication network is established and maintained throughout the building process. Such things as contact management, construction progress claims and variations are provided to clients on an ongoing basis to ensure they are well informed and up to date with the progress of their new home at all times.

Construction Management and Client Liaison

From conception of a Heisig project, the construction management team enjoys insight into the development of the initial stages, working alongside our sales and design staff. From estimating the initial concept to structural design and material take-offs, job orders, supervision and project management, construction management and client liaison, our clients can be confident that our high levels of quality control are exceeded time and time again.

The inception of our client liaison manager was brought about by the increasing complexity of the building projects Heisig are renowned for. We felt it necessary for clients to be professionally guided through the building phase of their new homes. Nurturing such client-builder relationships throughout construction fosters mutual respect and a healthy after sales relationship.
