Everyone involved in building our home had personal pride in their individual contribution to the end result. This was very reassuring as the owners of a substantial purchase. To Dell and Damian, thank you for your tireless efforts answering all of our questions and delivering on the many administrative requests we made. Despite your very busy workload and competing demands, you were always more than happy to help and you always seemed to have the answers !!   Ben and Kaz McDevitt Cleveland | Ben and Kaz McDevitt My wife Kaz and I moved into our new Heisig built home in Cleveland. Ours was a demolition and rebuild project which we were somewhat apprehensive about given we were resident of Canberra and not able to be present for all phases of the construction. From our first on site meeting with Marcus, through to the new home orientation and handover with Damian and Steve, Kaz and I were continually impressed with the Heisig Constructions team. We experienced excellence in customer service every step of the way. It was the thoughtful touches such as being sent photos via discs or email of the stages of the build or regular phone updates from Marcus and Mark to advise us of the progress or answer any questions which made this such a stress-free and pleasurable experience. Kaz and I met many of the tradies involved in our project, including the carpenters, brickies, painters, tilers, plumbers and sparky. All bar none were not only professional and committed to quality work, but were also friendly, approachable and good humoured. The same can be said of the office staff. Mark Leo is a standout supervisor. One of the reasons we initially chose Heisig was because of their reputation. We have now been able to witness firsthand why that reputation has been well earned. We love to show off our new home and are absolutely delighted with the end product that Heisig Constructions have delivered to us.
